Coach Brittany

Brittany is originally from Orange County, California and has now lived in Fort Worth, Texas since 2015. She was a Student-Althlete at the University of Mount Olive, North Carolina where she played Division II Women’s Lacrosse from 2013-2017 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation & Leisure Studies, Exercise Science.

As a freshman, UMO was only a second year program. Throughout her collegiate career, Brittany earned her primary starting position as a defensive midfielder her sophomore year. In 2015, UMO won their first ever title as Conference Carolina’s Tournament Champions and were ranked 9th in the nation in all of Division II Lacrosse, and defense alone was ranked 2nd in the nation. This was a huge accomplishment due to the program being so young at the time.

In 2017 for the first time in UMO Women’s Lacrosse history, the Trojans fought their way up and earned the title of Conference Carolina’s Season Champions. Meanwhile, defense was ranked 10th in the Top 10 for lowest points scored against. As Brittany’s senior year came to a close, she received an award for All-Tournament Conference Carolina’s (2017).

Today, she continues to pursue her career in the fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer and is stoked to be a part of the KGL family!
